Episode 3 will encourage you with practical ways to transform your physical health. My good friend and TransFit Personal Trainer & Running Coach, Lisa Patton, provides us with ways to take your whole body health to the next level. This episode is embedded with fundamental truths and Scripture which reminds us that being healthy looks different for everyone. She reminds us the importance of play, and enjoying the things we did when we were young. She challenges us with the takeaway to “never stop playing.” You will be encouraged in the importance of choosing joy and seeing your body as a temple of the Holy Spirit.
It’s Romans 12:1 that reads “Offer your bodies as a living, sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God. This is your true and proper worship.” This truth really explains our WHY. Why do you want to be healthy? Everyday we are to use our bodies to love and serve - this is how we love God.

Ephesians 3:20 says, "Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen."
This passage highlights the limitless power and capability of God. It reassures us that God is not bound by our limitations or expectations. He can do far more than we can even comprehend. God's plans for us exceed our own desires or prayers. Sometimes we limit ourselves by asking for only what we think is possible or reasonable, but God can surpass even our wildest dreams.
I pray this episode edifies you in your personal walk with God and serves as a reminder of everything He can do through you.

Hey y'all, I’m Caroline! A wife, mom, personal trainer and nutritionist. But most importantly I am passionate about Jesus and encouraging women!
I am passionate about growing in deeper relationship with God and encouraging other women, like you, towards Him as you pursue confidence, freedom, and joy in your health journey. I believe living healthy can be simple and fun and ultimately allow you to grow closer to God and walk more fully in the purposes He has for you. I want to teach you the secret and beauty of getting healthy from the inside out!
